亚参加沙是一道用甘榜鱼熬制的酸辣浓汤面,当中也加入了姜,南姜,香茅,红葱头,辣椒,加沙叶和亚参片等等的食材。口味非常浓郁,喜欢吃酸辣的人,只要吃过这道美食,都会口齿留香,回味无穷。 通常说到亚参加沙,都会想到槟城亚参加沙。我认为槟城亚参加沙口味会比较偏甜,因为会放很多虾膏和粉条都很软和滑顺。其他地区也许会比较偏酸,而吉隆坡用的粉条应该是来自不同的厂商,粉条都比较Q弹嚼劲,没有那么吸汁和入口即化的感觉。 亚参加沙可以说是大马女性最爱吃的一道美食,记得我怀孕时,经常都好想吃亚参加沙,一想到那酸辣浓郁汤配滑溜溜的粉条,口水就会直流。 Assam laksa is a dish made from kembong fish broth, the ingredients also includes ginger, galangal, shallots, lemongrass, daun kesom, assam keping and etc. This thick and gravy soup taste sour and spicy with strong fish aroma.
