4种口味的雪媚娘 4 types of Mochi Ball

Simple and delicious mochi ball recipe.

简单又好吃的雪梅娘。

Ingredients:食材:

Dough 面团:
glutinous rice flour 糯米粉 – 50g
corn starch 淀粉 (玉米)- 15g
Sugar 白糖 – 25g
Milk 牛奶 – 85ml
Butter 黄油- 一小块

Whipped cream 打发奶油:
Heavy cream 鲜奶油 – 150ml
sugar 白糖 – 10g

others 其他:
glutinous rice flour 糯米粉- 20g (For dusting 用来擀面团)
strawberries 草莓 , mango cubes 芒果, banana slices 香蕉 and oreo 饼碎
4 cupcake paper ( 烘培纸杯)

Method 步骤:
1. Combine 50g glutinous rice flour, 15g corn starch, 25g castor sugar and 85ml milk, mix well.
把50g 糯米粉、15g 玉米粉、25g 白糖和 85ml牛奶搅拌均匀。

2. Sieve the mixture. 过筛。

3. Cover the bowl with clip wrap, and poke some tiny holes on top. Steam for 20 minutes.
包上保鲜纸,在保鲜纸上刺一些小洞。放进锅里蒸20分钟。

4. While waiting for the steaming, stir fry roughly 20g of glutinous rice flour in a dry pan until slightly yellow. Put a side for later use for dusting.
在等待时,把20g的糯米粉炒至微黄,放一边待用。

5. When the dough is cooked, remove it from the heat and discard the cling wrap. Put in the butter cube, let it melt on the dough. Wait the dough is completely cool, knead it evenly with the melted butter.
蒸好的面团,加入一小块黄油,等到不烫手就揉均匀。

6. Now whipped the 150ml heavy cream with 10g sugar until stiff peak. Put into the piping bag. Refrigerated.
打发150ml 淡奶油 和 10g 白糖,放进裱花袋,冷藏。

7. Dust the table with cooked glutinous rice flour. Cut the dough into 4 pieces, roll out thinly.
把面团分成4份,在料理台撒上炒过的糯米粉,把面团擀成薄片。

8. Put the dough on a small cup/ sauce dish, place the cream in the middle, add in the strawberries, fold into a bao shape. Then turnover and put into a cupcake paper cup. Repeat the same procedures for mango, banana and Oreo biscuits.
把面皮放入浅口容器中,挤出打发奶油后,加入您喜欢的口味(草莓,芒果,香蕉或 Oreo 饼),然后用包包子的方式收口包好。翻过来,装进烘培纸杯里。

9. It is ready to be served. Best consume after refrigerated.
包好后即可食用,冷藏后口感更好。

PS: 如果没有裱花袋,就用汤匙舀。It’s ok without piping bag, can just scoop in the cream.
