罗勒意大利酱 Basil pesto

我非常喜欢吃 罗勒意大利酱,用新鲜食材的酱料与罐头差很太多了。所以我经常在家都会自己做这一道菜。

食材:
1杯 罗勒叶 (我都会用sweet basil, 而不是 thai basil)
3大匙 pine nuts 或 1/3杯 walnuts
1/3 杯橄榄油
3-5瓣蒜
1/3 杯 parmesan cheese
盐适量

做法:
将全部材料放进搅拌机,搅拌均匀。装津瓶子盖紧,可以存在冰箱一个星期。但我通常都现做现吃。

酱料加在煮好的意大利面,搅拌均匀就能吃了。

Ingredients:
1 cup basil leaves
3 tbsp pine nuts or 1/3 cup walnuts
1/3 cup olive oil
3-5cloves garlic
1/3 parmeson cheese
salt for seasoning

method:
Grind all ingredients in food processor. Store in air tight jar, can keep in fridge up to a week. I usually finish instantly, I like the fresh taste.

Sauce add on the cooked pasta, mix well and served
