凤梨苦瓜鸡汤 pineapple bitter guard chicken soup

凤梨富含的维他命B1,可以促进
消化和代谢作用。
苦瓜可以清热解毒。
这汤清甜甘味,非常好喝。

食材:
半只鸡火或2个鸡腿
鲜凤梨 半粒
罐头凤梨 半罐
苦瓜 一条 ( 苦瓜去籽 )
姜片 2 片
盐 调味

做法:
1. 把鸡肉烫去血水后,捞起以冷水沖洗 。
2. 把苦瓜和新鲜凤梨加入,再倒入半罐罐头凤梨,与汁一起倒入。
3. 放姜片,倒入八分满的水
4. 大火滚开,小火煮30分钟。

Ingredients:
Half chicken or 2 chicken thighs
half fresh pineapple
half can pineapple
1 bitter gourd (remove seed and sliced)
2 slices ginger
salt for seasoning

Method:
1. Boiled the chicken in hot water a while, then remove and put in cold water.
2. Put fresh pineapple and bitter gourd, then pour in half can of pineapple together with the juice.
3. Add ginger slices and pour water until 80% full.
4. Bring to boiled, then reduce heat and let simmer for 30minutes.
