香蕉巧克力粒核桃蛋糕Banana Chocolate chips walnut cake

Super easy cake without specific measurement. Never failed cake and super delicious.
超级简单和零失败蛋糕。

食材:
4-5 小条香蕉
(或是2-3大条香蕉)
1 杯自发粉
1粒鸡蛋
半块牛油 (大约100-120g)
(或是半杯食油/橄榄油)
2-3 大匙白糖 (可以试一下甜度)
压碎核桃,巧克力粒 (随性)

做法:
1. 香蕉用叉子压成泥。
2. 加入鸡蛋,油和糖搅拌后,再加入自发粉,搅拌均匀。
3. 可以随性的加核桃和巧克力粒。 哈哈。
4. 倒入烤馍,放进烤炉 170c 烤 35-40分钟至竹签插入中央沒有沾粘。

Ingredients:
4-5 small banana (2-3 big banana)
1 cup self-rising flour
1 egg
half butter (around 100-120g)
(or can use half cup vegetable oil or olive oil)
2-3 tbsp sugar (try taste the sweetness of the batter)
crushed walnuts and chocolate chips (up to your preference)

methods:
1. Smashed the banana with fork.
2. Add egg, butte/oil and sugar. Mix well and slowly add flour. Mix well.
3. Add walnuts and chocolate chips.
4. Pour the batter into the cake tray, baked at 170c for 35-40 minutes until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
