参巴酱烤鱼是大马美食不可缺的一道,但本地人通常比较喜欢点烤魔鬼鱼。魔鬼鱼的肉质十分好,富有弹性,口感滑顺和细腻,炭烤后配上甜甜酸酸辣辣的参巴酱,实在太美味了。

Sambal grilled fish is a popular dish in Malaysia, but local people like to order grilled stingray. Stingray meat is densed and chewy, the meatiest part is the fin. It tastes so delicious with the sambal.
