Molten Lava Cake Recipe 朱古力心太软食谱

一想到甜点,我就会想到朱古力心太软,在热烘烘的蛋糕上切一切,里面的浓浓扑鼻的巧克力酱像岩浆的流了出来。如果配上雪糕, 冷和热的同时放进嘴里,也让那口感更上了一个层次,太好吃了。


When talk about desserts, I always think about Molten Lava Cake. Melted chocolate lava flow out when cut with the spoon. Best served with ice cream, the combination of hot and cold in the mouth are absolutely gorgeous.

You can try this simple and delicious recipe at home.

Ingredients 食材:

170g semi-sweet baking chocolate 170克半苦甜巧克力
3 eggs 3粒鸡蛋
120g unsalted butter 120克无盐奶油
1/2 cup granulated sugar 半杯砂糖
1/2 teaspoon ground coffee granules (optional) 半小匙即溶咖啡粉 (可选)
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional) 半小匙肉桂粉 (可选)
1/3 cup flour 1/3杯低筋面粉
Powdered sugar 少许糖粉

Procedure 步骤:

  1. Preheat oven at 180c. 烤箱先预热 180度。
  2. Butter 4 ramekins. 4个烤馍涂上奶油。
  3. Double boiled melt 170g semi sweet chocolate, unsalted butter, 1/2 tsp coffee granules and 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder. 隔水加热,融化170克巧克力,120克无盐奶油,半小匙即溶咖啡粉和半小匙肉桂粉。
  4. Beat 3 eggs and 1/2 cup of granulated sugar until it slightly whiten and foam up. 搅拌3粒鸡蛋和半杯砂糖至稍微发白。
  5. Separate 2 times pour the chocolate mixture into egg mixture, keep stirring and mix well. 把巧克力酱分两次倒入蛋液,搅拌均匀。
  6. Sieved in 1/3 cup of flour, mix well. 筛1/3杯低筋面粉,搅拌均匀。
  7. Pour batter into the ramekins. 将面糊倒入杯模。
  8. Baked at 180c for 10-15min. 以180度烤10-15分钟。
  9. Tip upside down onto a plate. 把蛋糕倒过来放在一个盘子上。
  10. Slowly removed the ramekin. Garnish with powdered sugar. 慢慢脱模,再撒上糖粉。
