It is a very simple recipe, it will be better if you got time to make your own puff pastry, but I just choose a simple way out, I used the ready made puff pastry bought from hypermarket.
Ready made frozen puff pastry
Onion and garlic
Salt and pepper
Boil the potatos until it soften and mashed it. Cut the chicken fillet into cubes and fries with the finely cut garlic and onion. Then put in the mushroom to cook together.
Pour in the cooking cream until it slightly covers all the ingredients and let it boil for one minute, season with pepper and salt, then last put in the mashed potatoes. Stir and cook until the cooking cream dries up.
Put a layer of puff pastry into the aluminium foil cups, scoop in the mixture and finally cover with another layer of puff pastry. Baked the pies at 200C for 15-20min until golden brown.
