Trip to Sekinchan

Cookie at Sekinchan (Pantai Redang)

On the way back hometown, we plan to make a stop at Sekinchan to visit the beach side. Along the way, we saw the drive thru Cendol bakar and Coconut shake selling at the roadside, therefore we decided to stop by to grab a few bites.

Then after a few km away, we spot a stall selling Karipap Gergasi at the roadside. It really giant size and taste yummy too.

After minum-minum and makan-makan, we finally arrived our destination — Pantai Redang. Once arrives, we saw a worship tree right besides a chinese temple. Visitors came here to write their wishes on a red ribbon and throw up to the tree, and their wishes may come true.

The locals built plenty of tree house at the beach side, it is a perfect place for friends and family to hangout.

This is the first time Cookie went to beach, even though she didn’t have chance to play in the water, but she certainly had lots of fun that afternoon and she made new friends too.

This blog was started when I got Cookie (Golden retriever) into my house, initially is all about pets and then it extended to talk all about my life, my daughters Chestnut and Jane, my travel experiences, recipes and my passion towards art and crafts. So it kinds of "Rojak" blog, that tells about everything that I love and experience. And I'm happy with my "rojak" life.
